Then informed me if I didn’t give them another $200, I would have to leave the hotel. They refused to show me any proof of any stain, even though I did not use the bed. This was confusing because they knew I was not at the hotel and en route back there. When I returned to the hotel they were at my room, it appeared they exited my room, but when they saw me they turned and knocked on the door. They said they wouldn’t keep it to show me, but instead had a picture.
I told them to keep the sheet as I would be back there in 10 minutes. So, I decide just to go get dinner and I get a call from the hotel stating that I will need to come pay the additional $200 deposit because they are keeping my initial $200 deposit because the sheets have a stain on them that is body fluid and will not be able to be removed. ( it’s worth staring my fellow employees did not have to pay a $200 deposit using their own personal credit cards). Somehow, they decided they could transfer my already paid deposit to the new 2 week stay. I informed them that it was paid for by my employer, However, they still wanted to charge me another $200 deposit. The bathroom was filthy, I did not even use the beds or shower, I went to work and came back and requested a bottom floor room, with a queen bed (the room my work book and paid) and I was told they needed my credit card for another $200 deposit.
